Did you know the Texas Horned Lizard aka Horny Toad is the official Texas state reptile?

Years back you could find horny toads everywhere across Texas.  Unfortunately, today the Horny Toad is considered an endangered species.

Much like our name sake, restaurants that make food from scratch and do things in what might be considered an old-fashioned way are endangered.  Our mission is to honor the Texas Horny Toad by once again following old fashion ways of scratch cooking with fresh local ingredients with a contemporary twist.  We proudly feature local Texas spirits in our crafted cocktails and serve a variety of Texas beers & wines.  We support & host local Texas artist's performances weekly.

At the Horny Toad Café & Bar, we train our staff to think of our guests as beloved family members.
